§1 Acceptance of these terms
You accept these Terms by taking any of the following actions: (i) loading lechuangtech.com in a browser; (ii) downloading, installing, or running one of our mobile apps on Google Play or Apple App Store; (iii) signing a sales order, statement of work, or master service agreement with us; or (iv) sending an email to support@lechuangtech.com or zhaohu@lechuangtech.com that leads to services being delivered.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the services. Your continued use of the services after a change to these Terms (per §18) constitutes acceptance of the changed Terms.
§2 Eligibility
You must be of legal age under the laws of your jurisdiction — 16 or older in most of the EU and the UK, 13 or older in the United States, 18 or older in mainland China. You must not be barred from using the services by any applicable sanctions list (UN, EU, UK, US OFAC, HK) or by any prior instruction from us. If you represent a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
§3 License to use the services
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, worldwide license to use the services. For our mobile apps, the license is limited to the number of devices specified by the App Store or Google Play licence terms. For our website, the license is limited to viewing, sharing via share buttons, and printing for personal non-commercial use. All other rights are reserved by Lecron AI Co., Limited.
§4 Acceptable use
You agree not to engage in any of the following behaviours:
- Unlawful use, including data scraping that breaches GDPR Art. 4(2) or analogous local law.
- Reverse engineering, decompilation, or extraction of source code, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law (e.g., EU Software Directive Art. 6).
- Interference with security features, probing of vulnerabilities, or service denial.
- Automated load that exceeds published rate limits or that degrades the service for others.
- Upload or distribution of malicious code (viruses, worms, ransomware, spyware).
- Impersonation of Lecron AI, our staff, or other users.
- Resale of access to the services without a written agreement with us.
- Use of the services to deliver competitive intelligence about Lecron AI.
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for any of the above.
§5 Intellectual property
All copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, know-how, and other intellectual property in the services are owned by Lecron AI Co., Limited or our licensors. "Lecron AI", "Lecron", and our mascots (Leo, Fiona, Oliver, Hoot, Pippa, Penny, Luna, Byte, Tofu) are our trademarks; no use without our written permission.
Feedback that you submit — including feature ideas, bug reports, performance data, design suggestions — is governed by the following license: you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, and incorporate the feedback into our services without obligation to you.
§6 Privacy + ad SDKs
The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Our mobile apps may display the four ad formats itemised in §9 of the Privacy Policy (open-screen, rewarded video, interstitial, banner) using the third-party ad platforms enumerated in §8. Continued use of our ad-supported services means acceptance of the Privacy Policy, including its per-SDK disclosures.
§7 Mobile apps — app store rules
Our mobile apps are published on the Apple App Store and Google Play. The relationship between you and the app store is governed by the store's own terms:
- Apple. The Licensed Application End User Agreement between you and Apple applies alongside these Terms. The App Store may collect its own data under Apple's privacy policy; Apple is not responsible for the apps or their content.
- Google Play. The Google Play Terms of Service and Google's "App Distribution Agreement" (which we hold as a developer) apply alongside these Terms. Google is not responsible for the apps.
We are responsible for the apps and the content we ship. You are responsible for complying with your local laws on app use.
§8 Subscriptions, payments and refunds
Free apps remain free. Paid features and enterprise service prices are quoted per order. For EU consumers, the 14-day right of withdrawal under Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU does not apply if performance has begun with your express consent. Apple App Store and Google Play handle their own refund flows for paid apps and in-app purchases; we follow their decisions. Bank and card details are tokenised by our payment processor — we do not store raw PAN data.
§9 Third-party services and open-source
The third-party ad-SDKs we use in our mobile apps are listed in §8 of the Privacy Policy. Each provider is the data controller for its own data flows. Open-source components ship with the license texts required by each component (MIT, Apache 2.0, BSD, LGPL, MPL, etc.) — see the "Open-Source Notices" screen in each app.
§10 Disclaimer of warranties
The services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, and uninterrupted availability. Some jurisdictions do not allow the disclaimer of certain warranties — in that case the disclaimer applies to the maximum extent permitted.
§11 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages.
- Our aggregate liability to you for all claims arising in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of (i) the fees you paid to us in that period and (ii) US$ 100.
Nothing in this clause limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law — for example liability for death or personal injury, for fraud, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.
§12 Indemnification
You will indemnify us (and our officers, employees, and agents) against third-party claims arising from (i) your breach of these Terms, (ii) your unlawful use of the services, or (iii) your violation of any law or regulation applicable to your use of the services. We will notify you of any claim and reasonably cooperate with your defence at your cost.
§13 Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the services at any time, with or without notice, for breach of these Terms or for safety or legal reasons. You may stop using the services at any time, and (for paid apps) follow the App Store refund flow per §8. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including those on intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, governing law, and dispute resolution — survive.
§14 Suspension for force majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control — including acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, internet failure, epidemic or pandemic, strike, lockout, or supplier failure.
§15 Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region ("Hong Kong SAR"). The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply.
§16 Dispute resolution
The parties shall attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute through informal negotiation for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of written notice. If the dispute is not resolved within that period, it shall be finally settled by arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) under the HKIAC Administered Arbitration Rules current at the time of filing. The seat of arbitration shall be Hong Kong. The number of arbitrators shall be one (1), unless the amount in dispute exceeds US$ 1,000,000 in which case it shall be three (3). The language of the arbitration shall be English. Notwithstanding, either party may seek interim injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to preserve rights pending arbitration.
§17 Notices
Email notices to support@lechuangtech.com are valid for general notices. Email notices to zhaohu@lechuangtech.com are valid for legal process and notice. Postal notice to the Hong Kong address (Room 6, 29/F, 32 Hung To Road, Kwun Tong, Hong Kong) is valid for formal service. The effective date of an emailed notice is the next business day after the sent timestamp.
§18 Changes to these terms
Material changes — defined as changes that broaden our rights or restrict yours — will be announced with 30 days' notice on the homepage and via an in-app banner. Non-material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. The previous version is available on request for 24 months.
§19 App-store-specific provisions
Apple. These Terms are between you and Lecron AI Co., Limited only, and not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App and Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services. Apple may refund at its sole discretion. You agree to comply with any third-party terms that apply.
Google. These Terms are between you and Lecron AI Co., Limited only, and not Google. Google is not responsible for the App and Google has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services. You agree to comply with the Google Play Terms of Service.
§20 App-store policy compliance (links)
This page cross-references the App Store policy documents that govern our mobile apps. The full privacy-and-behaviour sections are on the Privacy Policy; this section only links the policies themselves.
§21 Severability, waiver, assignment
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable by a court or arbitrator, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
Waiver. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce that provision in the future.
Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, sale, or reorganisation, with notice to you.
