Inside Lecron AI

We build, we test, we ship.

We are a small, deliberate team — engineers, designers, operators and mascots — working across Hong Kong, Berlin, London and Singapore.

What we believe

Five values that show up in every commit.

Culture is what happens when the founders aren't in the room. These are the five values we keep on the wall — and the ones we hire and fire by.

Engineering values

Read the source before you cite it. Document the why. Test for failure modes you don't think will ever happen — they will. Own the page you're on, the deploy you ship, and the rollback you didn't need to write.

Customer obsession

Customers are teammates with a different shift. We track their feature requests by user, not by ticket. We respond within one business day — even when the answer is "we don't know yet."

Security & privacy

Privacy is a default, not a feature. Default-deny, log everything, encrypt everything, redact loudly. We treat a customer data deletion with the same care as a production outage: runbook, owner, deadline.

Global mindset

Most of our customers are in markets where we aren't. We hire for timezone coverage, write in plain English, and refuse to ship a doc that only our office can parse. We disclose every ad SDK by name.

Open communication

We share working notes, draft slides, raw metrics, and a public roadmap. The number of questions a decision survives is a proxy for how safe the team feels to disagree.

How we work

Remote-first, async-first, documentation-first.

Four principles guide every meeting we accept, every channel we open, and every decision we archive.

Remote-first

Default remote. Office for those who want it. Hardware shipped to your door, every two years.

Async-first

Decisions live in documents, not in Zooms. Synchronous meetings require an agenda and a written outcome.

Documentation-first

If it isn't documented, it didn't happen. Every long-running decision has an owner and an ADR (architecture decision record).

Security-first

Least privilege, encryption by default, third-party penetration tests annually. We say no to features that pollute audit logs.
